En cuisine ! is a coursebook for beginners working or looking for employment in the French-speaking catering industry, but any students interested in the vocabulary of food and catering or in French cuisine can learn from it. The book uses a task-based approach to establish the link between language-learning and professional practices in the industry and the texts are based on common situations found in catering.
